Happy Early Birthday to You!

Chad's birthday is December 28th, so many times it is undercelebrated being three days after Christmas.  A dear couple from church hosted a birthday dinner for Chad tonight, and it was so special!

Ms. Tommye is a gifted hostess.  She has her house beautifully decorated for Christmas.  She had a special ribbon for Chad to wear, and she gave us each a birthday hat to wear.  We weren't allowed to eat unless we wore our hat!  Ms. Tommye made homemade lasagna, a salad, bread, and two types of pie-key lime and coconut with a beautiful meringue.  It was all so delicious!  She also had everyone write a message to Chad which was very special.  We are so blessed to have Godly couples in our lives like Ms. Tommye and Mr. Jerry.  We are also thankful for our friends that shared the evening with us, Ron and Cassie and Kris and Amy.  What a wonderful early birthday celebration!
